Not a big Duff fan, but with that said; I think she has a look that could work. I'm not gonna hate on her for trying something new, unless she screws this up. The biggest reason is because I like the direction they are taking Spider-Man in this one. I'm tired of the Mary Jane storyline being used over & over again with no real progression. I would be different if they had taken the relationship to the marriage level before this reboot.

It's a parody that actually points out the sort of problems thats been inherent in M. Night's work in the last 5-7 years since The Village.

I don't think he's in Uwe Boll territory, but he's getting there. The first three major works in his filmography showed a nice handle on complex narrative that kept most audiences guessing, but since Signs he's either forgotten how to tell a simple story without trying to twist it around to make it seem complex.

I thought with Airbender he'll find himself back on track since the project is an adaptation of a work that doesn't involve twist endings or secrets. Airbender was a simple and old story staple of a young boy's journey from being an ordinary lad to savior. It's your usual Joseph Campbell hero archetype, but the film adaptation tried to make too much out of it and it didn't help that he couldn't figure out or had no idea how to convey the sense of fun and adventure of the original series.

As for fascist jealous haters… I don't think that would go to those who have been criticizing his recent work. From interviews I've read since the debacle that was Airbender fascist would be a label to put on M. Night for how he has dismissed not just film fans but those fans of the Airbender series who were more than a tad disappointed with the finished product.

While I don't like to jump to conclusions about a particular actor doing a certain role until I've seen them do it on the finished product I just don't see January Jones exude White Queen.

She may surprise and just like Hemsworth growing into the role of Thor (both literally and figuratively) turn out to be a decent Emma Frost, but I've never seen her do any role that clued one in that she could pull off a the sort of overt sexuality that Emma Frost as the White Queen showed in the comics.

I mean Emma Frost literally wore lingerie as her main outfit and thats saying a lot when it comes to female comic book characters and their attire. To put it simply she doesn't shout, speak or even whisper bad girl cheesecake persona which Emma Frost was and is all about.

Thank you first for setting me straight on my worth. I was confused for a while about that. I am glad that we agree comic books are an art form. I base this on the fact that we are discussing a film based off of such literature. I hope that translates to video games as well. Art is an ever changing form. actually the Frost outfit is kind of good. It'll give the film some retro flavor. Reminds me of Silver Age characters.
Love how all you guys say you don't like it ut don't explain why.
Perhaps she's a bit skinny for the oufit; maybe that's why some of you don't like it.

True Blood is definitely more adult and focused on the vampire world, where Vampire Diaries and Twilight are more teen romances which happen to have vampires and other supernatural stuff in it.

what dumbass wrote the list up withuot looking at his ridiculous mistakes. First of all, Optimus Prime was never resurrected, because he is a machine – not biological matter. Two, Christ is technically billions of years old (and don't give me that 'he was human' fallacy). Three, Christ's character aspects, as listed above, are far superior to Optimus Primes complete damage prone technology. Four, the associate listedfor each is pure reification *yawn* what else is new. Five, the philosophy is AGAIN pure reification (what a surprise!).
Bottom line: this list is an EPIC FAIL. Neeeeeeext.

Usually, shows about mass-murders resonate with dark, distilled moments caught on camera. When the Dexter show is shot, it is being filmed in Miami, Florida and parts of California. Thus the audience sees a lot of vibrant scenes and their attention spans are held, because it's imagery that people don't usually see everyday.

I thought it was trash to be honest – Millar says this is for the 16-30 age range, you'd have to seriously… em… simple… to be reading this over the age of 17. The features are absolutely terrible – sub-zoo/nuts filler that read like they were knocked up about 4 hours before the magazine went to press.

Well think about it. Samsung isn’t stupid enough to violate copy write infringement or trademarked logos to that degree of armor similarity. If you look at his armor it’s halo 1 armor (in the full version commercial) Bungie also changes their vechs and weapons for every game for variation and to show time progression, it’s actually kind if sloppy the way they do it cause the actual time between games is right after the other. Plus, bungie is known for their pre-release antics. I’m sure we all remember the “I love bees” campaign.
