Great to see you guys reviewing again. I've been enjoying season 5 though I kept waiting for an explanation of how/why the Observers went bad and now don't think we're going to get any. So much of this season depends on our investment in these characters; we added Henrietta to the group we care about in a short time ( great casting and acting by that actress and due to our caring for Peter and Olivia). Given that, Henrietta's death came too soon. I hope you're right that it's not final.
i think Joel Wyman has described this final season as a love letter to the fans. I too was sceptical of going to 2036 under observer rule, but after the first episode I was all in. Fringe is my favourite show and I will be sad when it's over.
