Check out 2K Games’ latest trailer for Bioshock Infinite, which showcases spectacular imagery from the city of Columbia. Instead of venturing into the deep blue seas, our new hero must make his stand above the clouds. The game looks gorgeous, and I can’t wait to play it when Infinite is released on February 26, 2013. What do you think of the new trailer?
Synopsis: BioShock® Infinite, developed by Irrational Games, won over 75 editorial awards at E3 2011, including the Game Critics Awards’ Best of Show. In this first-person shooter set in 1912, the player assumes the role of former Pinkerton agent Booker DeWitt, who is sent to Columbia to rescue Elizabeth, a young woman imprisoned there since childhood. He develops a relationship with Elizabeth, augmenting his abilities with hers so they may escape from a city literally falling from the sky. DeWitt learns to fight foes in high-speed Sky-Line battles, engage in combat both indoors and amongst the clouds, and harnesses the power of dozens of new weapons and abilities.
The city of Columbia was built by the US Government in the late 1800s to serve as a floating world’s fair. The city was sent to travel from continent to continent and show the rest of the world the success of the American experiment. Unknown to most, Columbia was also a “death star,” secretly packed with weaponry. Political strife caused Columbia to secede from America and the city disappeared. No one knows how to get to Columbia.

Anyone familiar with the song in this trailer? I would love to own it.

Such an awesome trailer! I'm glad that Bioshock Infinite was able to come out so soon in the year!
This is sure to be a nice game and I will surely play it! Bioshock Infinite FTW! I like the plot of the game especially that it is not connected to the previous bioschock games. This will make gamers anticipate the game more.
