Here’s our latest “ink Hero” segment where I review Marvel’s new series by Matt Fraction and David Aja, entitled Hawkeye #1. Ultimate Spider-Man #13 continues its excellent story, as Miles must now confront the horror of losing a family member, and discover what that will mean for his future in a world filled with superheroes. Swamp Thing and Animal Man #12 finally bring the two heroes together in a new arc, where Buddy and Alec must enter the realm of “The Rot” in order to save humanity. As always, I’d love to hear what you all thought of this week’s picks, and which books you found interesting.

Did you at least read Avengers vs. X-Men #9? The story was all about Spider-Man, and I have to admit this was one of his finest moments. Before Marvel Now begins, if they ever plan on replacing Dan Slott, Jason Aaron should be it.
Great review Dave. Hawkeye is the best!
I have it, but still need to check it out. I keep hearing good things, so I'm interested in seeing what all the fuss is about. Jason Aaron would be an excellent replacement for Dan Slott
Glad you agree!
