I thought this was a good season opener, not the best, but very entertaining, especially the magnet stuff ^^
So it's just 8 episodes this year, and next year another 8?
Oh, and yes, please do BB reviews every week!
I thought it was a good start to season 5. As you guys have said – Walter is now the bad guy (I'm the one who knocks). Since Skyler gave the money away to solve that guy's IRS problems, does Walt have any money left? If he doesn't he may have to get back into the drug game.
Plus I think Walt likes being the head honcho now. The power is addictive. Hank will probably see some footage on those cameras that cause him to suspect others are still at large.
One interesting factor this season will be the relationship between Jessie and Walt. Does Jessie find out Walt poisoned his girlfriend's kid? And if Walt is eventually going to get his comeuppance, shouldn't Jessie as well?
Even though it was Walt who allowed Jessie's previous girlfriend to choke on her own vomit, it was Jessie that lead her back into the world of drugs. Also, even though it was on Walt's orders it was actually Jessie that shot Gale.
I think it's pretty obvious that Walter is going to die and it was hinted that his cancer will return. But Walt will want to make sure he goes out on his terms. http://screenrant.com/breaking-bad-season-5-spoil…
I liked the opening of the season. You are right in saying that Walt is probably gonna be the vilain of this season. You also say that his rivals are probably going to be Jesse and Jonathan.I would also add Hank.He is smart. At some point Hank might find s-th that incriminates Walt!
Definitely keep doing reviews for this excellent series!
I got the impression that when Walt said "I forgive you", it was showing that this was what he wanted her to say to him. When she first found out about his illegal activities, she was so judgemental of him, but he saw it as trying to provide for, and protect his family; he saw that her actions were motivated by that same instinct, and even though she messed up, (like he did), he understood why she did it and therefore forgave her. By being able to forgive her, he hopes that he still has a chance at forgiveness/ redemption himself… or something like that!
I couldn't believe my eyes for a second. ThinkHero makes Breaking Bad reviews….
FINALLY
