The art of storytelling is something that the people at Disney/Pixar are highly talented in. With movies like Wall-E and Up in their accomplishment pile, ‘Brave’ should be equally as enjoyable. I’m glad that the writers are introducing us to some fantasy elements, which is a genre you don’t see much of in Pixar films. Here are some interviews with the voice actors, as well as an extended behind the scenes look to wet your appetites for the film’s release on June 22, 2012. Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
-Synopsis: Since ancient times, stories of epic battles and mystical legends have been passed through the generations across the rugged and mysterious Highlands of Scotland. In “Brave,” a new tale joins the lore when the courageous Merida (voice of Kelly Macdonald) confronts tradition, destiny and the fiercest of beasts. Merida is a skilled archer and impetuous daughter of King Fergus (voice of Billy Connolly) and Queen Elinor (voice of Emma Thompson).
Determined to carve her own path in life, Merida defies an age-old custom sacred to the uproarious lords of the land: massive Lord MacGuffin (voice of Kevin McKidd), surly Lord Macintosh (voice of Craig Ferguson) and cantankerous Lord Dingwall (voice of Robbie Coltrane). Merida’s actions inadvertently unleash chaos and fury in the kingdom, and when she turns to an eccentric old Wise Woman (voice of Julie Walters) for help, she is granted an ill-fated wish. The ensuing peril forces Merida to discover the meaning of true bravery in order to undo a beastly curse before it’s too late.

Well. I've posted a comment on every other Brave content uploaded on this site thus far so why stop now?
People keep asking me this is the film I was looking forward to the most all year.
The short answer: It's Pixar. Elaborate answer: Excellent cast (and despite being almost entirely Scottish with a spattering of English treasures we still have to wait another two months for release! :@ But I'm not bitter about it.), great range of characters, extremely well done advertising, the music sounds great and just aesthetically this looks fantastic.
Sorry you have to wait Jai, but that's what you get for seeing Avengers and Prometheus before me
I'm excited about Brave as well…
I’m glad that they decided to cast Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy, because I think she’s perfect for the role. Let me know what you thought of the footage in the comments section below.
