The 2012 E3 event has begun here in Los Angeles, and what better way to start our journey through this year’s hottest titles, then at look at one of my favorite video game franchise of all time. ’Halo 4′ takes us back to the adventures of Master Chief and his lovely A.I. counterpart, Cortana. The two comrades have been drifting through space since the events of ‘Halo 3,’ and now they find themselves on a mysterious planet called Requiem. Check out this amazing new live-action trailer, as well as new footage from what is probably the most anticipated release of 2012. Let me know what you think in the comments section below.
-Synopsis: After thirty years of war with the Covenant, humanity finally found victory. The Master Chief, a Spartan super-soldier, and Cortana, an AI construct of unmatched technical sophistication, put an end to the Covenant, the Flood, and the threat of the Halo Array on a remote installation known as the Ark. Now, in the wake of the conflict, the Chief and Cortana drift through space aboard the remains of Forward Unto Dawn, slowly approaching a mysterious artificial world they will soon come to call Requiem.
