Here’s a new four-minute sizzle reel for ‘The Amazing Spider-Man,’ which will be released in theaters on July 3, 2012. It’s interesting to see the tonal differences in this movie compared to the Marvel Studio produced films. It appears to be much darker than the original trilogy Directed by Sam Raimi. Of the three superhero movies coming out this summer, this is the one I’m least interested in seeing. The cast is excellent, but the idea of another origin story for Spidey doesn’t interest me. I’m still going to see it and I hope that it’s good, but my expectations aren’t high. Are you excited for a new interpretation of Peter Parker and his journey as Spider-Man?
