Here is me and Roth’s review of the latest Fringe episode which is the first part of the season 4 finale “Brave New World”. What did you think of what William Bell’s character (Leonard Nimoy) has become?

As much as it pains me to say this episode was….
underwhelming.
Most of it centers arounds Jone’s anti-climatic demise again.
The show could still pull it off in the next episode so I’m with holding final judgement but this one lacked focus.
2 Predictions:
1) Olivia will regenerate Astrid.
2) September will take the bullet meant for Olivia thereby circumventing the outcome that Olivia must die in all the realities.
Food for thought:
If September sacrifices himself to save Olivia next week – is this the trigger event that leads to the Observer Occupation depicted in Letters of Transit?
This episode was amazing! I would say it's at least my fav episode out of seasons 3 and 4. My jaw was dropping, there were tears, awws, heartbreak and ass kicking. It literally had everything in my opinion.
Even if Astrid "Alex" survives it was still shocking and made me cry to see her shot when trying to save
Walter and self.
How could you not mention Leonard Nimoy returned IN BODY for the first time since retirement (other than voice work and the Bruno Mars video lol)? Maybe Bell has good reasons for his bad behaviour? What is this game he is playing and is Walter the opponent?
Is this version of Bell Mister X?
Nuclear Salvation sounds pretty cool. Good Luck! Thanks for finally posting the recaps
Imagine if these were the last two episodes of Fringe ever?! thank Bell (?) we get 13 more
Thanks for checking out my web series! I can't wait to show you guys more of it when the teaser trailer and concept art is done.

I agree with you guys…have to see part 2 to judge it as a whole. All I will say is that William Bell's end game better make sense.
Also what about the Observer storyline? We saw in that future episode what they are and what they did (or is it what they will do?). Will the Fringe team do something to change this future?
bell did disintegrate, but he did not sacrifice himself. he knew he had the soul magnets to return him to a body. although having said that i suppose he kind of sacrificed himself for olivia when the soul magnets got switched on
