Check out this hilarious Mass Effect 2 Rap Song/Video that features sampling of the Mass Effect soundtrack and lines like “Probe Away” delivered by Tricia Helfer. The lyrics are pretty funny and are relevant to the actual story and the mini-game of mining planets for resources. This probably will only be funny to people who have played the game, while the rest of you will think “Man, Dennis is an idiot!”.

Dennis you are not an idiot, this is hilarious
Thanks! I think I've watched this 5 times already, keeps cracking me up. The game is awesome and this is so funny that it might be worth it for people to play the game just so they can appreciate this song, hahaha

I've been playing Mass Effect 2 this week and what blows my mind (besides the great combat/shooting mechanics, graphics, and voice acting) is how addicting they actually made mining planets for resources are. I spent over 2 hours last night trying to mine every unexplored planet and it was the first thing I thought about when i woke up this morning lol. Maybe it's just me, but I really find it great!
I actually thought mining was fun too, though I think they should have given some more element zero because that shit was hard to find!

I knoooow. x_x I tried forever to find enough of it for even the stupidest of upgrades. Eventually I went online and found a list of planets that had it. lol, I cheated. xD
Damn, I should of done that too! Spent too much time looking for it.

There's a trick to finding planets with eezo. Easier with a cheat sheet, but if you don't want to go that route just search planets that used to have civilizations that have been wiped out. They're called post-garden worlds. Those planets usually average around 6-8k of eezo. If you're lucky you can find a post-garden world that will give up 10-12k. Most I got from careful scanning of a p-g world was 16k
I have this video playing at least a couple times a day since I saw it. LOL
I was so addicted to scanning that I finished the game with a huge surplus of all elements. I just kept going and going and going, perfecting my technique.
So satisfying to see *Depleted* come up…and then to find one more big score after that…
