Here are 3 new posters for the remake of George Romero’s The Crazies starring Timoth Olyphant (Deadwood, Hitman, Die Hard 4). I’ve never seen the original, so I don’t know if this movie warranted a remake, and judging from the trailers it looks like pretty standard stuff. Have you seen the original? How did you like it and are you going to watch this remake?

I rented the original, but never watched it. It was over the holidays, so I guess I just never got around to it.
The original was ok. I love Romero's filmography but damn his version of The Crazies wasn't the classic some people make it out to be.
