As I was traveling through the subway in Taiwan (which is fantastic by the way, it’s clean, effecient and goes everywhere), I walked past this subway billboard for James Cameron’s Avatar and decided to take a pic of it to show you guys.  It’s actually a pretty plain look ad, and wondered if they could have shown some more of the action/adventure/fantasy aspect of the movie.  Just the big blue face isn’t really going to entice people especially in a country that has cartoon characters as promotion for everything.

I’ve included the pic of the Avatar ad, and a pic of some cartoon characters of some toys they are selling at 7-11 over there.  (BTW if you guys went to 7-11 it would trip you out the kinds of stuff they sell there compared to the US)
