I asked Dennis the same thing about her sister and niece like three weeks ago. The sister was there for one episode and vanished. It seems like they're becoming less and less characters and more just a means to an end.

I wonder if this FOX or the the show runnners idea for these stand alone episodes? Also who's brilliant idea was it to move to Thursday where they are getting killed in the ratings?

Yeah I've been wondering about them! Maybe they will come back? I also really like Olivia and Sam Weiss. What do you make of him?

    Thanks!

You know I have noticed these stand alone episodes but I really don't mind them. I agree this could have been placed right in the beginning of season 1 and no one would have noticed.

As for Olivia's sister and niece, I guess they finally found that place they were looking for all throughout season 1. Either that or got replaced by some shape shifter like Charlie from the first part of this season.

This episode was fine for me, the effects were great, I really liked the part when the fly landed on the patients face and left an imprint in the ash.

I'm sure it doesn't seem like some of this stuff makes sense just yet but as we learned from the first season, they always try to come back and tie up loose ends. Maybe this was just to introduce the CIA and their ways in the world of Fringe.

By the way, if I can make it to the weekend, I think I can finally catch up on Fringe and comment on time instead of three weeks later.

Do you know if Fringe has rebounded in the ratings yet? I was really hoping they would because of all the time I've put into the series. If Fringe were to get moved to another day, what day would you want it on. I was thinking Tuesday would work but by the time they start back up in January or whenever, Lost would be back on along with the very popular V. It would get crushed there as well.

  6. ThinkHero Says:

The ratings slightly rebounded but still not enough to be still on the fence. Perhaps Monday might be a good day? Only Heroes is on that night, and MNF usually ends by 8:30

Monday would be a good day for Fringe especially if it came on after Heroes. I usually wait for Big Bang Theory but miss it most of the time. If Fringe were on that day however, Heroes would definitely be a good lead in show.
