I really like the look of Astro Boy, it’s a clean modern look mixed with Japanese anime, and its a nice departure from the usual Pixar/Dreamworks Animation look of most mainstream commercial 3D movies.  While I liked the look of 9, I’m hoping Astro Boy delivers more on the story and characters than Shane Acker’s recent animated film did.
