I wonder what Thai marketers thought was the best part of District 9? As much as I love the mech scene in Neil Blomkamp’s movie, I don’t that was the main idea, nor do I remember there being a few hundred of them. Take a look at these Thai versions of District 9, and how they’ve made a sci fi film about sectioned off aliens look like some sort of Transformers/Cloverfield hybrid ripoff movie.

Your right, they actually look more like Terminator posters than Transformers. The way they try to make them look menacing.

To my recollection there aren't that many mech suits and there are definitely not that many spacecraft hovering over Johannesburg. There are going to be quite a few haters of this film from Thailand.
