Spike(James Marsters) Joins Caprica

James Marsters who played the bad boy vampire Spike in Joss Whedon’s Buffy and Angel series, is joining the cast the BSG prequel series Caprica.  He will play a terrorist character called Barnabus, and will be in the series for at least 3 episodes.

The last thing that James Marsters was in was the live action Dragonball movie, which I did not see because it looked awful. Perhaps see it on DVD to see how bad it actually is.

I am absolutely thrilled that James is joining Caprica. As for dragonball I have not seen it yet but am dying too. Any show with James in it is good just because he's there. PS Happy Birthday James! I love you!

Will definitely be checking this out. Marsters was brilliant as Spike! He also does a terrific job as a reader on the audiobook versions of Jim Butcher's Dresden Files series.
