Bryan Fuller Leaves “Heroes”…Again!

Writer and consulting producer, Bryan Fuller is leaving NBC’s Heroes for a 2nd time.  The first time was after the first season (which was the only good one), and then he returned in the 2nd half of season 3 to help the sinking franchise.

Well apparently it has been confirmed that he is leaving for a 2nd time to work pilots for NBC.  He stated that it had nothing to do with creative differences with Heroes creator Tim Kring.

For me, this means this upcoming season may be its last.  When Fuller came back for 2nd half of season 3, it didn’t suddenly become a great show like LOST, but it did start to steer in the right direction and became more focused, though the finale “twist” was kind of lame.

Creatively I think the show is on its last legs, and the only savior was Fuller, and now he’s leaving again, and I’m guessing this show may just be on its way out.

What do you think of Fuller’s depature? Do you even watch the show anymore?

Sadly yes, I still watch the show. Since I've invested my time, I guess I'll finish out the series if it does last one more season. I think that the show has taken a turn for the worse and that Bryan Fuller was the guy to bring it back.

I guess we'll have to wait and see what they have planned but the whole ending to last season was terrible and I hate the fact that we don't see a single punch being thrown throughout the series. I'm beginning to think this show was meant for the PG crowd.

Yes I will finish up the series, though season 2 and 3 really was very trying on my patience.

The ending was crap last season, and leads me to believe this upcoming season will be too.

Yep, it's getting to be very repetitive. They have a vision of an epidemic and make sure it doesn't happen by the end of the season. That's what has happened each season. I would like to see one of those events happen or something change in the series.

I guess if they're only going to have one more season I could care less if they change the way it ends.
