Showtime’s hit show Dexter has a season 4 teaser poster. I’m only half way through season 1, so I don’t know what’s going on, but guessing from this, Dexter has a baby now? Also, is that supposed to be blood or food on the baby?

When we last left Dexter, Rita was pregnant with his child and they got married. Since we learned of the pregnancy, Dexter has been obsessing over 1) how a serial killer can possibly make a good father, and 2) whether or not the child will inherit his "special craving…"

I hear this might be a fake. One reason why I agree with those who are calling it a fake is because it doesn't have the Dexter logo anywhere and I think it should. An even better poster would be one with Dexter holding a baby.
It's a good poster but I don't think they would come out with a poster first before a teaser promo for the upcoming season. I mean they didn't do that for last season or the one before. I think in the next few weeks we will be getting a promo that should be great.

Oh and Dennis, nice to see you're giving Dexter another shot. I really don't think the recent news of Dexter has ruined anything for you so just keep watching.
