GI Joe Video Game Looks Crappy

Here is the trailer for the GI Joe video game based on the upcoming movie. After seeing and liking the Terminator Salvation video game trailer, this one disappoints me. It looks kind of crappy and almost unfinished. It looks like those old school run and shoot games like Mercs, except its in 3D. To me the graphics look like they could be last generation (Xbox, PS2). The animation look very poor and choppy. I’m suprised EA let this trailer out.

With the crappy looking Cobra Commander, and this, I’m starting to worry about how this movie is going to turn out. What do you think?

Yeah, it does look like your standard movie video game… sucky. They must do well on movie video games because they keep making them.

Ok, by comparison, this makes the new Terminator game look cutting edge.

This is craptacular on a whole new level.

Wait, what console is this footage from? It seriously looks like last-generation, or worse. Is this from PSP or something? That's the only explanation I'll accept. Otherwise… sad.
