Michael Bay says NO to Transformers 3

I guess someone at Paramount should have listened to Michael Bay better before deciding to announce a tenatative release date for Transformers 3, according to his reply in his own message boards, Bay said he would like to take a year off before tacking another sequel to Transformers, and said he would say yes to Transformers in 2012, but not 2011.
Michael Bay on his message board:
”I said I was taking off a year from Transformers. Paramount made a mistake in dating Transformers 3 – they asked me on the phone – I said yes to July 4 – but for 2012 – whoops! Not 2011!!! That would mean I would have to start prep in September. No way. My brain needs a break from fighting robots.”
Though some people would welcome a directorial change from Michael Bay, I’m sure the studio isn’t willing to risk the insane amount of money that Transformers has made and will make this June. Wonder if they can hold off and wait for the Bayster, or risk going with another director?
What do you think? Should they wait for Michael Bay or get someone new?

They should wait for Bay! he has done a very well job, as we have seen the increase of popularity in Transformers 2, they have made a great budget, the direction he is taking with this franchise will be one of the biggest outcomes that we will ever see! A movie is only as good as the directer and actors! And Transformers is among one of the best movies next to the Dark Night, and the Marvel movies! Yes one added year is a longer time, but the wait is worth the watch!
