Thanks to io9.com, they have given a heads up of what Michael Bay has said on his own website forum, Shoot For The Edit, apparently  mocking McG and Terminator: Salvation for copying and exploiting the “giant robot like Transformers” feel for Terminator.  Bay writes:

“Okay it’s time to turn up the heat on Transformers – Revenge of the Fallen. We’ve waited low in the weeds letting all the summer movies get their stuff out. We’ve seen the great year end movies, and watched the upcoming clips of the upcoming summer fare. We’ve seen certain movies coming out even try to duplicate Transformer size robots in their ads. Please, come on.

I guess there’s going to be a war between the two movies and the two directors for who can make the most shit blow up. My the best (or worst) man win.
