Thanks to a heads up from io9.com for these new Astro Boy concept pics.  The 3D animated movie is based on the classic Japanese anime and manga.  When I first heard there was an Astro Boy movie, I thought they were going to make live action version(ala DragonBall), which was going to suck.  But I was glad to hear that they went with 3D animation.  You can see the teaser trailer here: http://www.thinkhero.com/?p=134
